Replacement stainless steel rotor for a PSS Type A dripless shaft seal on a 25 mm propeller shaft.
The rotor is fixed to the shaft with set screws, and its polished face runs against the carbon flange to make the seal. Replace it if the face is scored or pitted. Fit new o-rings and set screws at the same time.
